NAI Harmon Leased a 97,783 SF Warehouse in Houston, Texas on Behalf of Spartan Logistics

Toledo, Ohio –10/13/2021 – NAI Harmon Group, an affiliate of NAI Global, a leading global commercial real estate brokerage firm, leased a 97,783 SF warehouse in Houston, Texas on behalf of their affiliate Spartan Logistics, who will operate the warehouse for a Fortune 50 Beverage Company.
The Fortune 50 client approached Spartan, with an urgent need to locate a 100,000 SF, a food-grade warehouse that had an established 3PL operator. Spartan quickly connected with Craig Stambaugh, President, and Josh Payzant, Director of Business Development at NAI Harmon, their commercial real estate brokerage partner to fulfill this need. Working with Spartan Logistics, NAI Harmon was able to find a location and negotiate the deal so that Spartan could begin operating within 45 days. The affiliation with NAI Global allowed the NAI Harmon Group to connect with NAI Partners in Houston to gain market access and data quicker than most, making it more efficient for the client, who had an urgent need.
